  • How can I apply for an apartment?
    In order to best accommodate your needs, and to make the process as simple as possible, you may call our Property Manager to schedule an appointment to meet at the office and be given a complete application to fill out. The Manager will be available to assist you with any questions you may have pertaining to our complex or the application process. Or, if you would prefer, you may start the application process online and the Property Manager can discuss with you via phone or email the additional requirements for completing the application. This may take a little longer, but we want to make the application process as easy as we can for you.
  • What forms of payment are acceptable for my monthly payment?
    Online through the Tenant Portal or Personal Checks and Money Orders are accepted in the Property Manager’s Office.
  • Are tenants required to have renters’ insurance?
    Yes, all tenants are required to provide proof of renters’ insurance with a minimum personal liability amount of $100,000 at the time of their Move In Appointment.
  • What utilities are included in my rent?
    Water, sewer, electric, gas and trash removal.
  • What length of leases do you offer?
    We offer six month and twelve month lease terms to qualified applicants.
  • Can I terminate my lease early?
    We do not offer an early termination clause. Tenants are responsible for the full term of their lease.
  • How much notice do I need to give before moving out?
    Upon completion of a tenant’s initial lease term, they may decide to stay with us on a month-to-month basis thereafter or they may give the required written 30 day notice of their plans to move on once their term has ended. A written notice is required to be turned into the Property Managers Office during normal business hours.
  • What appliances come with the apartment?
    We provide our tenants with a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and dryer.
  • What will be done to prepare my apartment before I move in?
    Once the previous tenant moves out, staff will inspect the apartment and make a list of any repairs that need to be made. Our Maintenance Technician, and/or contractors needed, will make any needed repairs and then the apartment will be professionally cleaned.
  • Do you have on on-site maintenance person?
    Yes, we have a Maintenance Technician on staff who is on-site during normal business hours Monday – Friday. This person also carries the Emergency Phone should our tenants have an emergency that involves fire, blood, or water damage during non-business hours.
  • Do tenants need to be present for the Maintenance Technician to do repair work in our apartment?
    No, tenants do not need to be present for repair work or inspections. Tenants will be notified in advance of staff planning to enter their apartment.
  • If I need something in my apartment fixed, how do I let staff know?
    Tenants will simply log into the Tenant Portal online and submit a Tenant Request. Once submitted, it will notify the Maintenance Technician and the Property Manager of the repair request.
  • What happens if I lose my key and can’t get into my apartment?
    If it is during the building's normal business hours, please contact the office. If the Manager is busy and you get a voicemail, please leave a message. If it is after business hours, please call the Emergency Phone and there will be assessed a lockout service call fee.
  • Does your property allow animals?
    Yes, we do allow one dog or cat per apartment over the age of one and under 30 pounds in weight. Owners must submit an application prior to move in. If you would like more information, please contact the Property Manager for a copy of the Pet Policy.
  • What kind of parking do you have?
    Off street parking is included in your monthly rent. We also offer optional one car garages for your vehicles if you would prefer a private garage.
  • Do you have any storage units?
    Yes, we do offer our tenants optional on-site mini storage units.
  • What will I have to provide with my application?
    A completed application will be required to be turned in to the Property Manager with a copy of a current state id/drivers license, your social security number, birth date, current employers’ information, and landlord references contact information. There is a non-refundable application fee of $40 per adult ages 18 and over.
  • How long does it take for an application to be processed?
    We strive to process all applications in a timely manner. To help us be as efficient as possible, please submit all required documents at the time of submitting your application. Once an applicant has submitted all required documents to the Property Manager, the applicant will typically be contacted by the Property Manager within approximately 2-3 business days. If additional information is required, the process may take longer.
  • Do you do background checks?
    Yes, part of our application process includes doing a national background check as well as a credit check on all applicants 18 years of age and above.
